To get started the Galaxy brand manufacturer has come up with a TV ad that aired Sunday night on Australian prime time to explain manufacturing process has been improved further after the Note 7 issues.
Samsung mentions in the ad the newly introduced eight-point battery check and shows the huge labs at its manufacturing unit that is assigned for testing equipment.
The ad reveals how batteries are passed through rigorous testing in the lab before it is stamped okay for accompanying devices for some final checks.
The Galaxy Note 7 had battery issues and some of the devices exploded.
Apart from the commercial ad Samsung also want to give customers the confidence about being determined in bringing innovative and safe products.
In coming weeks as well as months the company has some new products to announce and ahead of it such TV commercial is necessary to regain the confidence of customer in the brand.
